California is honestly my favorite place on earth. California has everything! My husband and I both grew up in this sunny state and we were married there too. Our wedding was in the forest, next to the ocean. Like I said, California has it all.
If you are looking for shopping, hotels, spas, and entertainment then hit the cities. If you are looking for some quite romance, then hit wine country. If you like forests, rivers, fishing, hiking, camping, head north.
Northern California is where my heart is. The Redwood Forest meets the Pacific ocean here and it is breathtaking. Southern beaches are calm and warm. Good for swimming. The Nothern beaches are rocky, rough, and beautiful. Fish for salmon in the rivers or go shark fishing in the ocean. The possibilities are endless.
